  • Value Add opportunities in densely populated urban areas

Existing Buildings

  • Real property with a minimum of 50,000 square feet
  • Transaction size in excess of $3 million
  • Located in U.S. Gateway Cities (ex: Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, D.C.)
  • Conversions of underutilized or vacant buildings, with the intention to reposition them into residential, commercial or retail properties.
  •  Stalled and existing hotels
  • Value Add properties in strong submarkets that possess low vacancy rates
  • Distressed properties with the potential for adaptive reuse

Non-Performing Notes

  • Notes that are being offered at a discount
  • Our concentration is on non-performing notes that are backed by commercial or multi-family property.
